Returns and Refunds

At Toys Woys, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns and Refunds policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the product.
1.2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
1.3. Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and hygiene-related toys may not be eligible for returns.
1.4. Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted for returns.


2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, contact our support team at toyswoys[dot]com@gmail[dot]com with your order details and reason for return.
2.2. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
2.3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
2.4. A tracking number must be provided for returned items.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
3.4. If the product was purchased using a discount or promotional offer, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.


4. Exchange Policy

4.1. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
4.2. To request an exchange, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
4.3. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

5.1. As per Indian consumer laws, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods, including food-related toys

  • Health and hygiene-related products, including baby care toys

  • Items with intimate use, such as baby pacifiers, teething toys, and feeding accessories

  • Digital downloads and software

  • Items damaged due to improper use or installation

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase


6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any disputes regarding returns or refunds will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6.2. If an issue remains unresolved, it may be escalated to arbitration in Jaipur as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
