At Toys Woys, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our Cancellation Policy below to understand the process and conditions.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
1.1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
1.2. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you can request cancellation through toyswoys[dot]com@gmail[dot]com.
1.3. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once they are processed.
1.4. If the payment has been processed, refunds will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Process
2.1. To cancel an order, customers must provide their order ID and reason for cancellation.
2.2. Once a cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent.
2.3. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must follow the Returns and Refunds Policy instead.
3. Refund on Cancellations
3.1. If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days.
3.2. If the order is canceled after processing but before shipping, a cancellation fee may apply.
3.3. Refund timelines may vary based on the payment provider and bank processing times.
4. Auto-Cancellation by Toys Woys
4.1. Orders may be automatically canceled by Toys Woys in the following cases:

If there are issues with payment verification.

If there is a pricing or listing error.

If delivery is not possible due to restrictions in the shipping area.
4.2. In case of auto-cancellation, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
5. Governing Law
5.1. This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India.
5.2. Disputes related to cancellations shall be handled under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
